Certification and Release

• I hereby certify that the statements made herein are true to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief.
• I am aware that if any of the foregoing statements are false that my tenancy or application will be terminated at the sole discretion of management, and all monies paid hereunder (application fee, deposits, etc.) will be retained by Manhattan Management Company.
• I understand that Manhattan Management Company will check my rental history, employment, credit history, and criminal background as verification of statements contained in the application.
• Any false or fraudulent information given on this application constitutes an automatic forfeiture of all monies.
• An application fee is required before the application can be processed. This fee is automatically forfeited.
• After the application has been processed and approved, cancellation by the applicant will constitute a forfeiture of all monies.
• All move-in payments must be made by cashier's check, money order, or a debit/credit card payment.

**Manhattan Management Company does not allow commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, and/or disabled vehicles to park on the premises at any time.
