LASER HAIR REMOVAL CONSENT & CLIENT AGREEMENT

For your safety, treatment will not be performed under the following conditions:

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Use of isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 6 months
• Recent sun exposure or tanning within 10–14 days
• Active skin conditions, irritation, open wounds, or infections in the treatment area
• Use of retinol, acids, or sensitizing skincare products prior to treatment
• Current cancer treatments (unless medically cleared)
• Treatment over tattoos

Laser hair removal is a cosmetic procedure designed to reduce hair growth over time.
I understand that:

• Sessions should be performed every 4–6 weeks, and longer delays between sessions may affect results
• Multiple sessions are required for optimal results
• Results vary from person to person
• The treatment may be less effective on thin, blonde, red, gray, or very light hair

I acknowledge that possible side effects may include:

• Temporary redness
• Mild swelling or sensitivity
• Skin irritation
• Pigmentation changes
• Rare risk of burns or adverse skin reactions

I agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions, including:

First 24 hours:

• Avoid hot showers, saunas, and workouts
• Avoid direct sun exposure
• Do not apply perfumes, scented lotions, or irritating products
• Apply soothing gel as needeed

Between sessions:

• Shave only (no waxing or tweezing)
• Use SPF 30+ daily
• Avoid sun exposure and tanning before treatments
• Maintain recommended treatment schedule (every 4–6 weeks)
