    Brief: California Indian Nations College (CINC) is seeking a Compliance and Policy Manager to draft, review, and rewrite campus and college policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the President, the Compliance and Policy Manager will provide policy development through strategic analysis, research, and collaboration with campus and community partners to ensure the College’s policies support the success and development of the students, staff, faculty, and community it interacts with.

    This position is responsible for developing short- and long-term policies and procedures, reviewing and managing current policies and procedures, and ensuring policies and procedures are properly implemented and observed. The Compliance and Policy Manager will collaborate closely with various campus and community partners to ensure the policies written provide positive outcomes for both the College and its participants.
