2026 Evergreen Conference

Theme: Where Hope Blooms

When: October 6-7, 2026

Where: Sanford Center, Bemidji, MN

Complete the form below. Submit one form per presentation. You may submit as many presentations as you would like. This information will be used by the Evergreen Conference Committee to determine presenters for the conference.

Presentations must be submitted by July 24th, 2026. We will respond to submissions by early August.

Speaker Bio(s). Please write a 2-3 sentence description of each presenter: work affiliations, educational background, special licenses or certifications.

Title of Presentation. Breakouts are 60 minutes inclusive of question and answer time. Please note if you would like a double session, Part I & Part II.

Please provide a description of your presentation for the conference materials & CEU applications. Participants are most interested in hands-on resources they can take back and use with youth. Participants are much more interested in higher level information, however you are welcome to submit introductory topics as well.

Please provide 3 to 5 learning objectives for participants.
