Thank you for your interest in vending at the Pima Pool Renovation Celebration and Ribbon Cutting on Saturday, May 23rd. Because of the limited number of customers, we are looking for one savory and one sweet option. If a vendor has both they may be the only vendor invited. Vendor Booth Rent is $20 per 10' for Chamber Members and $75 per 10' for all others. Anyone can become a member prior to paying their rent.

Here is the timeline for vending:
Wednesday, May 6th: Interest Form Released
Monday, May 11th: Interest form due and vendor(s) selected by the Chamber; Vendors informed of results
Friday, May 15th: Due to the Chamber. Proof of Insurance (minnimum $2 Million total, $1 Millon per instance). Vendor Booth Rent. Town of Pima license. Graham County Health Department Food Permit.
Saturday, May 23rd:
