Participation Agreement & Waiver

Health & Physical Needs: I acknowledge that I am responsible for assessing my own physical fitness and for consulting a qualified healthcare professional if necessary prior to participating in the walk. I understand that Mamastay, Trail Blazing Mom, and volunteer leaders are not medical professionals and are not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or incidents that may occur. I agree to participate at my own pace and to manage my personal health needs during the event. Supervision of Minors: I accept full responsibility for the supervision, safety, and conduct of any minors I bring to the walk. I will ensure that minors remain under my direct care at all times and comply with any instructions issued by event organizers or volunteer leaders. Media, Privacy & Social Media: I understand that Mamastay, Trail Blazing Mom, and volunteer leaders may photograph or record the event for community, promotional, or informational purposes. Organizers will take reasonable steps to respect participant privacy; however, they are not responsible for media shared by third parties. If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify the walk leader prior to the event. Release of Liability: I understand that participation in the walk involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property loss. By participating, I voluntarily assume these risks and release, waive, and hold harmless Mamastay, Trail Blazing Mom, and volunteer leaders from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
