TOUR PRICE
AUD$6,293 per person
Pricing is based on your own room throughout and includes all items noted in the tour brochure itinerary.

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of A$1,500 is required to secure your place on the tour.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received or a receipt of payment has been emailed to our team.

FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due by 09th Oct 2026

We will send out a reminder about 2 weeks before the payment due dates

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once your deposit has been received, you will receive an updated tax invoice with an email outlining your booking details, including payment due dates.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
Final travel documents will be issued approximately 2–4 weeks prior to departure. Comprehensive pre-departure information will be sent out 3 months prior to departure

If you would like to extend your journey with pre- or post-tour accommodation, at our group hotels, we can arrange extra nights. Rates are on request and are inclusive of breakfast and airport transfers for your peace of mind.

Please be aware that the level of cover can vary widely and may contain significant exclusions or limitations. If you are relying on credit card cover, we will ask you for a copy of the policy document, policy number and emergency assistance numbers. These can be obtained by calling your card company or bank. Please bring a copy of your personalised comprehensive insurance policy with you when travelling.

While we welcome card payments, settling your final tour balance via Direct Deposit remains our preferred method as it allows us to continue offering the best possible fixed prices for our itineraries. Following your deposit payment, a receipt will be issued via email.
