Tattoo Booking Form

Tattoo Booking Form🖤

Welcome! Thanks for your interest in my work.
I’m Lilya, a tattoo artist based in Etobicoke, ON, specializing in custom illustrative black & grey tattoos inspired by anime, games, fantasy, and dark aesthetics.

Every design is created specifically for the client—I don’t copy existing tattoos. My goal is to create a piece that fits your idea while staying true to my artistic style.

Please keep in mind that I primarily take on medium to large-scale projects (starting around 4.5”).

Once you’ve submitted the form, I’ll review your idea and get back to you within 1–3 business days with pricing and available dates.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

I look forward to creating something unique with you.
