In most cases, it is not necessary to submit rating certificates, as the information is available directly from the rating authority. However, if the boat has a secondary IRC certificate that you want to use, please email it to office@dmyc.ie

I agree to be bound by The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), including the prescriptions of Irish Sailing, any applicable class rules, the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions.

I acknowledge that sailing is a potentially dangerous activity with inherent risks, and that the responsibility for a boat's decision to participate in a race or to continue racing is hers alone (RRS 3).

I accept that Dun Laoghaire Motor Yacht Club, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, Dublin Port Company, Dublin Bay Sailing Club and all their officers, members, volunteers and sponsors do not accept liability for loss of life or property, or personal injury or damage caused by or arising out of the Regatta.

I confirm that the boat that I am entering is insured with valid third-party liability insurance, with cover of at least €3,000,000 per incident, or equivalent.
