  • INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFY

    School Repair Programme (SRP) 2026 Division of Education, Skills and Innovation (DESI) Tobago House of Assembly

  • The Division of Education, Skills and Innovation (DESI) is mandated to provide access to educational institutions and programmes in Tobago, including quality Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education, to achieve the holistic development of Tobago's students. DESI is responsible for the management of all schools in Tobago.

    To ensure schools are in a state of readiness for reopening in September 2026, DESI embarks on the School Repair Programme (SRP) annually. In this regard, Contractors domiciled on the island of Tobago ONLY are invited to pre-qualify to participate in the DESI School Repair Programme 2026.

      

  • INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Interested Contractors MUST fill out all areas of the application form below.

    2. Contractors must be registered and active on the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR) Suppliers and Contractors Depository under the applicable line(s) of business at the time of solicitation. Refer to: https://oprtt.org/procurement-depository/ .

    3. Participation in this pre-qualification process is strongly encouraged and may form part of the eligibility assessment for future solicitations under the School Repair Programme.

    4. Value Category applied for must correspond to the contractor's financial capacity and experience.
