Rules agreement

I understand that all members of my household and guests must abide by all the rules agreed upon at the time of of receipt of entrance key and/or pool wristbands. Expulsion from the facility and revocation of key deposit if given shall occur should the rules not be followed. Non-Residents must agree to abide by the pool and facility rules for both themselves and any guests. Printed rules will be handed out upon wristband pickup and are posted to Norchester.org. All memberships are valid for one year. Pool parties may be booked at the Norchsester pool, and must include lifeguards, arranged through norchesterhoa@gmail.com.

Violation Agreement

I shall be responsible for injuries, accidents or stolen items. [Violations] - for rules, violations or failing to remain in good standing, the Norchester Maintenance Fund and or the management company reserves the right to restrict you from using the facilities and revoke your access until such time as they see fit. Should you dispute a restriction to the recreation areas, you have the right to request a hearing before the Board of Directors in writing within 30 days from the date of infraction. Norchester Maintenance Fund also reserves the right to update the facilites rules through communications on the association's website; for a current list of rules and regulations, please navigate to www.norchester.org

Non Resident accounts in good standing with the NMF Inc. may receive access to the facility.

Paid Members Only - Pool, Tennis & Basketball Court is available, to those whose membership is in good standing, of any age on a first come served basis, except during periods of special use as described below. Guests must be accompanied by a member and no more than two guest's resident without prior written approval from Norchester Maintenance Fund.
Court Access/Security - Pool,Tennis & Basketball Court gates require a key for Entry and Exit. Gates must remain closed, and locked, at all times. Do not prop the gates open or provide facility access to others.
