By enrolling a child in the Magic Makers Academy, parents/guardians agree to the following terms:
1. Attendance & Participation
Timely arrival and pickup is required for all students. If late drop-offs and pickups become a pattern, your child may not be able to participate in future MMA sessions. All activities are hands-on and supervised; students are expected to participate respectfully and safely.
2. Behavior Expectations
Respectful behavior is required at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or aggressive behavior outside of structured training will not be tolerated. If a student is unable to follow directions, repeatedly disrupts the group, or poses a safety concern, they will be dismissed from the program without a refund. This ensures a safe, positive training environment for all children.
3. Safety & Liability
All activities are age-appropriate and supervised; however, by participating, families acknowledge that martial arts and combat sports training carries inherent physical risks, including the possibility of minor injury. Parents/guardians assume responsibility for any known medical conditions or allergies and agree to notify the program beforehand. Students must arrive in proper training attire and any required protective gear.
4. Refund Policy
Due to planning, equipment, and limited enrollment, all payments are non-refundable. Missed sessions cannot be transferred or credited to future dates.
5. Media & Photo Release
By enrolling, you grant permission for photos and videos of your child to be taken during the program. These images may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional materials for the MMA Program or affiliated programs. If you prefer your child NOT to appear in any photos, please notify us prior to the session.
6. Contact & Communication
All program updates (including location details and reminders) will be sent via email or text. Parents agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact information.
