  • Section 5: Pricing

    Learning Loft has a baseline session rate of $45.00 per month for Mentorship. As an independent consultant you are free to set your own rate at or above this baseline. Learning Loft operates on a tiered revenue-sharing model. Foundational Mentors retain 60% of their session fee with Learning Loft retaining 40%. This structure is confirmed in your Independent Contractor Agreement.

  • Section 7: Agreement to Baseline Standards

  • Please read and confirm your agreement to the following baseline standards. Submitting this application indicates your willingness to comply. A full Independent Contractor Agreement will be provided upon approval.

     

    As a Learning Loft Consultant, you are expected to uphold a set of baseline standards that protect our clients, our platform, and the integrity of our network. These standards include conducting all client interactions with professionalism, respect, and integrity; honoring all scheduled appointments and communicating promptly if you are unable to fulfill a commitment; submitting truthful and accurate documentation for all ongoing support services; accurately representing your qualifications and expertise at all times; and responding to all Company communications within 24 to 48 business hours. Consultants are also expected to maintain client confidentiality at all times and to refrain from soliciting or serving clients outside of the Learning Loft platform. Failure to meet these standards may result in suspension or removal from the platform. A full Independent Contractor Agreement outlining all expectations will be provided upon approval of your application.

     

    In addition, I understand that Learning Loft Consulting and Advising, LLC reserves the right to conduct a background check as part of the application process or at any point during my engagement with the platform, and I consent to this if requested.
