• ABC Care Schedule Change Form

    This form is used to permanently change your child's schedule to add just a one time attendance please fill out the Drop-In/Flex Care Schedule Form

  • **A schedule change fee of $40 will be charged for each schedule change. (fee will be waived until the first day of school)

    **One month notice is required for schedule changes to take place.
