No Refunds or Transfers to Future Editions
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to the following year under any circumstances.

Pass Reassignment
If you can no longer attend, you may reassign your pass to someone else (Leader to Leader, Follower to Follower or Leader). This helps us maintain a balanced Leader/Follower ratio.

Make sure to review all ticket types below and what each one includes before completing your purchase. You can also have an overview HERE.

Limited Availability for Individual Open Passes (Followers)
Sales of individual Open Passes for Followers may be paused at any time to maintain role balance.

Open Pass – Couple
If you're interested in the Open Pass, we highly recommend registering with a partner and purchasing the Open Pass – Couple. This helps maintain a better Leader/Follower balance.

No E-Tickets Sent by Email
Wristbands will be distributed at the festival. To collect yours, please present your full name and a valid ID at the check-in desk.

Phone Number (Optional)
Providing a phone number is optional but recommended in case of emergencies or important updates.
