Lunch with Chef: Remembering the King will be rockin’ & rollin’ into the Chesapeake Conference Center in full vintage Vegas style.

Our rockstar Chef Stephen Kerschner has created a delicious Memphis Elvis-themed all-you-can-eat buffet including: Memphis Style BBQ Pulled Chicken, Rockabilly Catfish Crunch, Thank You Very Mac, Graceland Greens, The King’s Corn Nuggets, Memphis Lucky Pea Salad, Heartbreak Hotel Dinner Rolls, Hunka Hunka Banana Love.

Patty Ritzi and her team with Premier Events Inc. are transforming the ballroom into a stunning Vegas experience, complete with casino tables, professional dealers, and play money. Anchored AV is delivering state-of-the-art surround sound and four huge screens.

Timeline

10:30 AM — Vendor market opens + DJ spinning your favorite Elvis hits. Casino Tables open.

11:30 AM — Memphis All‑You‑Can‑Eat Buffet by Chef Stephen Kerschner

12:00 PM — Screening of the EPiC Elvis film featuring lost concert footage

2:00 PM — Event concludes

The King will be in the building — an Elvis impersonator will be walking, greeting, and bringing the magic. Plus Elvis‑themed giveaways throughout the day.
