  • Submission

    After you hit submit, a copy of your selections will be e-mailed to the address you entered above. This is not a confirmation that you will be included in the programs you selected. An official confirmation will be emailed to you on or before June 30, 2026, indicating which opportunities you have secured and if you have been placed on any waitlists.   • The Iowa Economic Development Authority/Iowa Tourism Office reserves the right to rescind or limit any co-op offering in the event of insufficient participation or for any other reason. In such an event, all funds would be refunded.

    • To pay the Iowa Economic Development Authority/Iowa Tourism Office the amount of the ad placement when invoiced.  
    • The program guidelines, glossary of terms, cancellation policy and more are available at https://industrypartners.traveliowa.com/co-op-partnership-program/.
    • There is no penalty for cancellations before July 31, 2026. Cancellations between August 1, 2026 and March 1, 2027 require payment for 50% of the ad placement cost. On March 2, 2027, no refunds are available.
    • Partner ad materials and due dates will be shared as soon as possible once confirmations are sent. Reminders to send in materials will be sent to partners prior to the due dates. If a partner doesn’t submit their materials by the appropriate due date, the Iowa Economic Development Authority/Iowa Tourism Office may move forward with the ad without the partner’s materials. The partner is still required to pay for the ad placement.
