The Dogpatch Hub is available for exclusive, full-day rentals on Sundays and Mondays, when closed to the public.

Rentals include use of the entire Hub for a flat daily rate and are designed for meetings, workshops, retreats, trainings, and other professional gatherings.

Adults only. No private parties/birthdays.

Flat Rate = $4,600 / 8hrs
+ $250 refundable security deposit

The Hub has an 8 hour rental minimum, set to standard from 9am-5pm, including set-up and break-down.

If you need additional hours before or after the standard time, please indicate where asked.

Before & After-hours Rate = $700/hr

Only full rental hours will be granted-- half or quarter hours will be charged at the full hourly rate.

Quiet Hours: There is a hard-out at 10:00pm and all guests must be off of the premises by this time.

Price includes all necessary furniture. Anything additional you may need can be added on the next page of this form.

The Hub team will have the space set up based on your number of guests, event type, and any add-ons and refreshments. Specifics can be arranged during your walk-through so that your event is virtually ready to go upon your day-of arrival!

We understand you are likely in the initial planning and info gathering stages of your event, however the more we know about your vision, the more we can support you in creating your perfect gathering.
