JESPA Local Ballot 2026

Please take the following steps to access your local ballot.

Please carefully go through this process, reading each step along the way and referring to your election email with ballot instructions.

Membership Verification - Only members in good standing can vote in any local election. Once you have verified your membership by providing your unique code, certified your membership, and have verified the membership terms and conditions, you will continue to your local ballot.

Choose your local - if you do not know your local, it was in the email you received.

Once you choose your local, your ballot will appear and you can then cast your vote! Only one vote per member, and you can only vote in your local. Any improper/invalid or duplicate votes will not be counted.

If you did not receive the information you need to vote, your membership record may not have the correct email address on record, or your email system is blocking our email. Please call or email the JESPA office staff to correct your email on record with your employee ID and HOME email address.

YES! I am a member in good standing of JESPA, my designated JESPA local, the Colorado Education Association (CEA), and the National Education Association (NEA). I have voluntarily accepted membership in these associations and I certify that I am a member of the local for which I am voting.

Membership Terms and Conditions Update* This field is required.The JESPA Executive Board took action to update the membership year to align wtih the fiscal year in the annual dues agreement. Please certify that you are a member voluntarily and that you understand and accept the membership terms and conditions.
YES! I hereby agree to pay the annual (Sep. 1 - Aug. 31) dues, fees, and assessments established by the four associations, recognizing the vital role my dues play in organizing and empowering our union and in consideration in consideration for the services the union provides. I understand that those annual amounts are subject to periodic change by the governing bodies of the associations. I authorize on a continuing basis, and regardless of my membership status, the payment of those annual amounts established by the associations through payroll deduction or electronic funds transfer (EFT) from my designated checking account to satisfy my annual dues obligations. If I have elected EFT and the EFT payment cannot be processed for any reason, I authorize JESPA to collect prorated payments from my paycheck through payroll deduction. I understand that if my position isn't covered, or if I am currently a sub trying to get permanent employment, my form will be held for up to a year and processed when I become a permanent bargaining unit member of JESPA. In the event of my termination, resignation, or retirement, JESPA will end my membership upon the last paycheck I receive.Additionally, if my status, job, and/or hours change, I acknowledge that JESPA will adjust my dues payment and local association membership accordingly. I am responsible for notifying JESPA of any changes to my contact information or employment status in a timely manner.I authorize on a continuing basis, and regardless of my membership status, the payment of those annual amounts established by the associations through monthly Payroll Deduction or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) unless I revoke this authorization in a signed written request submitted to JESPA at 910 Loveland Street, Golden, CO 80401 between August 15th and August 31st immediately preceding the membership year for which the authorization is to be cancelled.
