Join the Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions on July 22, 2-3:30 p.m. ET, for an interactive webinar on how the Comprehensive Health Integration (CHI) Framework can be applied in school-based health centers (SBHCs).

The evidence-based, bidirectional CHI Framework supports sustainable integration of physical and behavioral health across care settings. In this session, participants will explore how they can use the CHI Framework to identify opportunities for improvement and guide practical next steps to advance integrated care in school-based settings.

Presenters will share actionable strategies, implementation considerations and CHI resources tailored to SBHC providers.

After this webinar, participants will be able to: 

- Describe how the CHI Framework’s domains and stages of “integratedness” can be applied to SBHCs.

- Assess current opportunities and gaps in integrated care within SBHC workflows, teams, partnerships, and service delivery models.

- Consider practical next steps for advancing integrated care in SBHCs using CHI-aligned strategies, resources, and action planning tools.

It is recommended that registrants view last year’s introductory session, Integrating Minds and Models: Exploring the CHI Framework in School-based Health Centers, in advance.
