Application/Registration Fee
A non-refundable $50 Application/Registration Fee is required. If the student is accepted and enrolled at Touched By Grace School, this fee will help cover the student's school supplies for the academic year.

POST-ENROLLMENT FAMILY PACKET
ENROLLMENT REVIEW PERIOD & CAMPUS SAFETY
All newly enrolled and re-enrolled students are placed on an initial nine-week enrollment review period. This period allows the school to evaluate academic placement, attendance, behavior, social adjustment, and overall student success within the school environment. The review period also gives families the opportunity to determine whether Touched By Grace School is the best fit for their child's educational needs. Completion of the review period does not guarantee continued enrollment if significant concerns arise regarding safety, attendance, behavior, or program fit.
Campus Safety & Student Wellness
Touched By Grace School is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment. Weapons, illegal substances, alcohol, vaping products, dangerous items, bullying, harassment, threats, or unsafe behavior are prohibited on campus or during school-related activities. The school reserves the right to address safety concerns, disruptive behavior, or prohibited items as necessary to protect students and staff.

Throughout the school year, students may be photographed, filmed, or included in school-related media during classroom activities, school events, field trips, ceremonies, athletics, graduation, and student recognition programs.

I authorize Touched By Grace School and its representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if reasonable attempts to contact a parent or guardian cannot be made in a timely manner.
