    Register your business or organization to participate in our community Fourth of July event. Registration is free.
  • It is our pleasure to welcome you as a vendor to the Zillah Chamber’s 4th of July event, this is our second year, and we are happy to have you join us. The 4th of July event will be held at Stewart Park in Zillah with the festivities starting at 5pm and ending around 10:00pm with families lighting off fireworks across the street when it gets dark. Please read our Vendor Agreement and Application form carefully, the information will help make this an enjoyable event for everyone. We are not charging for this event as we want to grow this into a yearly event and need your help and support to do so.

    Event Schedule

    - Vendors Open: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
    - Beer Garden Opens: 5:00 PM
    - Live Music: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Patio by Civic Center)

    Application Deadline: June 23, 2026

    - Applications will be processed in the order received.
    - Vendor booth location maps and event information will be provided the week before the event.

    Set-Up Information:

    - Vendor check-in and set-up begins at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 4, 2025.
    - If you require an earlier set-up time, please indicate this in your application.
    - All the vendors must be fully set up by 5:00 PM when the event opens.
    - Vehicles may be used for loading/unloading near your booth but must then be moved to the Park & Ride lot next to the Teapot Dome Gas Station.

     

    Electricity:

    - If you require electricity, please indicate this on application.
    - Vendors are responsible for bringing all extension cords, power strips, and equipment needed.
    - All exposed cords must be covered and secured to prevent tripping hazards.


    Booth Requirements:

    - Vendors must supply all necessary booth structures, tables, chairs, signage, etc.
    - Please maintain a clean booth area during the event and ensure all trash is properly disposed of during tear-down.


    Tear-Down Information:

    - The event concludes at 10:00 PM. (Tear-down may begin immediately at 9pm)
    - Early tear-down is not permitted.


    Additional Notes:

    - This event will proceed rain or shine.
    - Vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
    - We reserve the right to deny participation to any vendor whose conduct, display, or activities detract from the safety, enjoyment, or success of the event.
