NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

I understand that during my volunteer service with the Peachtree Village International Film Festival (“PVIFF”), I may have access to confidential or non-public information related to festival operations, guests, filmmakers, sponsors, or staff. I agree not to share, disclose, or misuse any confidential information obtained through my volunteer participation without prior written permission from PVIFF.

LIABILITY WAIVER & MEDIA RELEASE

I voluntarily participate in PVIFF activities at my own risk and release the Peachtree Village International Film Festival, its staff, partners, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in festival activities. I also grant PVIFF permission to use photographs or video footage of me taken during festival events for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
