Terms & Conditions
We are Tha Travel Plug and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Tha Travel Plug and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement
By booking with Tha Travel Plug, you are agreeing to the terms listed below.
1. Deposits Are Non-Refundable
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once your deposit is paid, your cabin is secured under the cruise line’s booking terms. If you cancel, miss a payment deadline, change your mind, or are unable to travel for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded. Do not submit a deposit unless you are ready to book.
2. Pricing & Availability Can Change
Cruise prices and cabin availability are not guaranteed until your deposit has been paid and your booking is confirmed. Quotes are subject to change at any time before payment is made.
3. Final Payment Is Required On Time
All payments must be made by the assigned due dates. If your payment is late, your booking may be canceled by the cruise line, and any money paid may be forfeited according to the cruise line’s policies. It is your responsibility to make payments on time.
4. Carnival Vacation Protection Is Highly Recommended
Carnival Vacation Protection is HIGHLY recommended to help protect your travel investment. Life happens. Sickness, emergencies, missed flights, job changes, family situations, and unexpected issues can come up. Travel protection may help with covered cancellations, interruptions, delays, baggage issues, medical needs, and other covered situations. If you decline Carnival Vacation Protection, you understand that you may not be eligible for reimbursement if something happens and you cannot travel. Protect your money. Add Carnival Vacation Protection when booking.
5. Traveler Information Must Be Correct
All names, dates of birth, and personal information must match your government-issued ID, passport, or required travel documents. Tha Travel Plug is not responsible for denied boarding, name errors, missing documents, expired IDs, passport issues, or incorrect information provided by the traveler. Review your information before submitting it.
6. Travel Documents Are Your Responsibility
Each traveler is responsible for having the proper travel documents required to sail. This may include a valid passport, birth certificate, government-issued ID, visas, or any other documents required by the cruise line, government, or destination. Do not wait until the last minute to check your documents.
7. Changes May Come With Fees
Any changes to your booking may be subject to cruise line fees, supplier fees, fare increases, or availability changes. This includes name changes, cabin changes, guest changes, date changes, and travel package updates. No changes are guaranteed until confirmed.
8. Roommate & Group Travel Responsibility
If you are sharing a cabin, each traveler is responsible for their portion of the booking. If your roommate cancels, misses payments, or drops from the trip, your price may increase. The remaining travelers will be responsible for any balance difference required to keep the cabin. Choose your roommate wisely.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation penalties are based on the cruise line’s terms and conditions. If you cancel, any refund or future cruise credit will be determined by the cruise line and/or travel protection provider, not Tha Travel Plug. Deposits remain non-refundable.
10. No Booking Is Confirmed Without Payment
Submitting an inquiry form does not hold your cabin. Your cruise is not booked, held, or confirmed until payment has been submitted, processed, and confirmation has been received.
11. Communication
All important updates, invoices, reminders, and travel information may be sent by email or through the booking platform. You are responsible for checking your email, reading updates, and responding when needed. Missing a message does not remove your responsibility to make payments or complete required steps.
12. Tha Travel Plug Role
Tha Travel Plug acts as your travel advisor and booking support. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, transfer companies, excursion providers, and travel protection companies are separate suppliers with their own rules, fees, and policies. Tha Travel Plug is NOT responsible for supplier delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, weather issues, itinerary changes, missed flights, or changes made by the cruise line.
13. Agreement
By submitting your deposit or payment, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to these booking terms and conditions.
