1. Registration & Eligibility
All teams must complete registration before the deadline and submit all required documents, including player waivers and official roster forms. Registration fees are non-refundable.
2.Official Team Roster
Each team must submit an official roster before the tournament begins. Only registered players are permitted to participate, and players may not play for multiple teams.
3. Player Eligibility
Any team found using a player from outside the approved city/state region or a player who does not meet the tournament age requirements will automatically forfeit the respective match. The opposing team will be awarded a 3–0 victory.
4. Game Duration
Matches in the league will consist of two 30-minute halves with a 10-minute halftime break. Semi-final and final matches will consist of two 40-minute halves with a 10-minute halftime break. Knockout matches ending in a tie will be decided by a penalty shootout.
5. Minimum Players Requirement
Teams must have at least 7 players on the field to begin a match. Failure to meet this requirement within the allowed time will result in forfeiture.
6. Sportsmanship & Conduct
Players, coaches, and fans are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times. Offensive language, fighting, or misconduct may result in disqualification, fines, or suspension from the tournament.
7. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Participation in the tournament is at each player’s own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, medical issues, or personal loss incurred before, during, or after matches. By participating, all teams and players acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any risks involved and agree that no claims will be made against the organization.
8. Alcohol & Drug Policy
Alcohol, illegal drugs, and playing under the influence are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in red cards, suspension, or tournament disqualification.
9. Substitution Rules
Limited substitutions are permitted only during approved stoppages such as throw-ins, goal kicks, injuries, or kickoffs. Substituted players may not re-enter the same match.
10. Uniform Requirements
All players must wear matching jerseys with visible numbers, shin guards, socks, and appropriate soccer shoes. Jewelry is not permitted during matches.
11. Referee & Organizer Decisions
Referee decisions during matches are final. Tournament organizers reserve the right to make decisions regarding disputes, scheduling, disciplinary actions, and tournament operations.
12. Disciplinary Penalties
Yellow cards and red cards may result in fines deducted from the team’s security deposit. Serious misconduct may lead to suspension or elimination from the tournament.
