Scholarship Qualifications & About:
The Payton Reed Inspired to Serve Scholarship honors a student leader whose involvement, energy, and commitment to her school and community inspires others to get involved and make a difference. Payton Reed is a 2024 graduate of Gordon High School and was known for being highly engaged in school activities, service, and community involvement. Through her involvement, she developed leadership, communication, and service skills that continue to shape her success today, while also encouraging others to step up, get involved, and find their place in their community.
This scholarship is rooted in the belief that inspiration leads to action. When young people are influenced by someone who serves and leads by example, they are motivated to do the same and create meaningful change in their own communities. This award is designed for students who demonstrate leadership, service, and initiative.
