Vendor Agreement & Requirements
By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Applying does NOT Guarantee acceptance. We only book original Creators and artists who fit our show theme of the strange, unique, oddities, antique. Plants and weird.
All applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be selected based on uniqueness, quality, and event fit.
• Vendors are required to provide their own setup.
This includes tables, chairs, tablecloths, displays, and any necessary equipment.
Vendors must stay within their assigned space. Displays cannot extend into walkways or neighboring booths.
• Vendors are responsible for all sales tax.
Each vendor is required to collect and report their own sales tax in accordance with Georgia state law.
• Prohibited items:
Vendors may not sell anything illegal, unsafe, or in violation of state or federal regulations.
This includes (but is not limited to) weapons, drugs, live animals, and explicit materials.
We do not allow racist or homophobic art or political art, MLMs, Resellers, or franchise-based businesses.
•3D printed artists. We Only accept original, self-designed 3D printed items. NO commercially available designs are allowed to be sold. We WILL NOT ACCEPT non original 3d designs.
Not everyone is a right fit for this market. We only book original Creators and artists who fit our show theme of the strange, unique, oddities, antique and weird.
• Liability:
Middle Georgia Oddities Market, Postmortem Crafts, Kristie Whisler, The Venue and all event organizers/staff are not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, theft, injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring before, during, or after the event.
• Booth responsibility:
Vendors must remain with their booth and supervise their setup at all times. All items, displays, and equipment are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
• Professional conduct:
Vendors must behave respectfully toward attendees, staff, and fellow vendors. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
• Setup & teardown:
Vendors agree to adhere to assigned setup and teardown times and may not pack up early unless instructed.
Applicants will receive one of three emails:
• Acceptance
• Waitlist
• Denial
If we have any questions before approving or denying your application we will email you.
If your application is denied We will let you know why.
If you are placed on the waitlist, that means you will be the first contacted if additional vendor spots become available.
Both fee is $125. (early bird special is $100 if you pay before August 15th) payment details will be provided if you are accepted into the market.
