Virtual Race Mechanics:

• The Virtual Race will run from June 22 to August 30, 2026.
• You are required to complete your REGISTERED RACE CATEGORY (Either 3K, 5K, or 10K) within this period to earn your entitlements.
• You are also required to UPLOAD your proof of distance completion by sending a screenshot of your activity from Garmin/Strava/Other distance-tracking apps to UPParagonRun@gmail.com.
• You must complete the committed distance within one activity/run only.
• The registration rates will be the same as for In-Person registration rates, following early registration rates and regular registration rates.
• The cut-off for sending activity completion will be August 30, 2026.
• Race entitlements will be shipped by the organizers within 2 weeks after August 30, 2026.
• Entitlements include: Race Singlet, Event Shirt, and Finisher Medal.
• A standard shipping fee of PHP 150 pesos will apply for race kit delivery.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH SHIRT IS PHP 400.

We attest to be physically and mentally fit to participate in this event UP Paragon Run at the UP Diliman Campus and have full knowledge and consent of the risks involved. We, our heirs, executors, and administrators, do hereby waive and release forever, any and all rights to claims & damages that we may have against the event organizer, sponsors, volunteers, race officials and all parties involved in the event, including the Venue partners whose permit was secured to officially hold the event in its jurisdiction.

We affirm to abide by the rules and regulations of the event organizers and venue partners, including its policies related to environmental protection such as, but NOT limited to, anti-littering and peace-and-order campaigns and usage of non-plastics. We hold ourselves responsible in case of violation/s against these policies, penalties of which may range from fines to imprisonment and community service.

We also affirm that in case of proxy registration, it is presumed that the proxy has the runners' permission to represent him/herself and the waiver binds the runner being represented.

We declare that the information we have provided herein, are true and correct, and that we are willing to show proof in case the organizers of the event request such information. We also give permission for the use of our names, photos and voices in any broadcast, telecast, digital, print material in any medium for this event.

In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen “acts of God”, the Organizing Committee of the Event shall have the sole prerogative to decide on any postponement and/or rescheduling, as needed, to protect the safety and security of all participants and stakeholders. In the event of a race cancelation, NO REFUND POLICY shall be enforced to preserve funds for a possible new date as well as provide means to meet supplier obligations.

In the determination of top finishers, the Organizing Committee of the Event and their authorized representatives shall have the sole prerogative to make final and incontestable decisions.
