    Please fill in the form below to register your friend to come along and try Hookin2Hockey at your local centre. 

    By registerering you will go in the draw to win the following:

    Individual & Club Prizes

    • The top 2 clubs nationally will each receive a Kookaburra Club Kit

    • The club with the highest percentage of friends per registrations will also receive a Kookaburra Club Kit

    • The top club in each State will receive a $250 Roll’d voucher.
      Participant Prizes

    • The first 200 kids to register a friend will receive a $15 Roll’d voucher.

    • In each State/Territory, two participants (one boy and one girl) will be randomly selected to win – Girl to win a Hockeyroos top and Boy winner to receive Kookaburras top.
