Consent/AgreementPlease read and agree to the following terms before submitting your inquiry. These help protect both you and your artist, and ensure a smooth tattoo process: ✅ Age Confirmation I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older. (A valid ID may be required on the day of your appointment.) ✅ Deposit Policy I understand that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure my booking. The deposit goes toward the final cost of the tattoo. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice, or the deposit may be forfeited. ✅ Design Policy I understand that custom designs are created based on the information I provide and are not to be shared, altered, or used by another artist. Small revisions are okay, but major changes may require a redrawing fee ✅ Price Estimates I understand that initial quotes before any designs are finalised are estimates and the final price may vary depending on factors like time taken, complexity, and detail or change of mind. ✅ Health & Safety I agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions or skin sensitivities that may affect the tattoo process or healing. I understand that the studio follows strict hygiene practices and I will follow aftercare instructions provided to me. ✅ Respect & Conduct I understand that the studio is a safe, inclusive space and I will treat the artist and staff with respect. Discriminatory, inappropriate, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. ✅ Cancellations & No-Shows I understand that last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of my deposit and may affect my ability to book in the future. ✅All artwork and tattoo designs created by me are custom drawn specifically for each client and appointment. These designs remain my intellectual property and are not to be copied, reproduced, shared with, or tattooed by another artist. Booking an appointment does not grant ownership or rights to the artwork unless a separate design-only purchase has been discussed and agreed upon beforehand. If a client chooses not to go ahead with their tattoo appointment, I reserve the right to rework, reuse, or offer the design as available flash in the future. Any misuse, tracing, or taking of my designs to another artist may result in cancellation of future bookings.
