Terms & Conditions — JRMA In-House Competition 2026
- Entry is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Submitting this form without completing payment does not secure your place.
- All competitors participate at their own risk. JR Martial Arts, its instructors, and volunteers accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
- Entries are non-refundable after the closing date of Sunday 7th June 2026. Requests to withdraw before this date should be made directly to your instructor.
- JR Martial Arts reserves the right to adjust, merge, or cancel categories based on the number of entries received. In such cases, affected competitors will be contacted in advance.
- All competitors must be current, paid-up members of JR Martial Arts at the time of entry and on the day of the event.
- Competitors must compete in the correct age and belt grade category as declared on this form. Any misrepresentation may result in disqualification.
- The event organiser's decision is final in all matters relating to the competition, including scoring, judging, and category placement.
- By submitting this form, you consent to photographs and video being taken on the day for use in JR Martial Arts club promotion, including social media. If you do not consent, please notify your instructor prior to the event.
- Spectator tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
- All participants and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. JR Martial Arts reserves the right to remove any individual from the event for inappropriate behaviour.
