Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland only, and entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Forbidden Planet International, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

    No purchase is necessary to enter or win this competition.

    Entry is made by completing the official Jotform entry form provided as part of the competition promotion. Only one entry per person is permitted; duplicate entries may be disqualified.

    The competition opens on 8th May 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 15th May 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

    One winner will receive a signed Gareth Ennis Funko Pop figure. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

    The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by the Forbidden Planet International marketing team after the closing date. The winner will be contacted using the details provided in the entry form and must respond within 48 hours of initial notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    By entering the competition, participants agree that if they win, their first name and/or social media handle may be used in announcements relating to the promotion, including on social media and email communications.

    Personal data submitted as part of this competition will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw. The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (the competition entry). Data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately opted in. All personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the competition and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not properly received due to technical or system issues. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    This competition and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
