    The registration fee payment must be completed in two mandatory separate steps.

    1- The first payment is due upon submission of this form and can be made via credit card or bank transfer to the PCO Pragma Congressi.

    2- The second payment must be made to the Foundation hosting the event via bank transfer, either in advance or directly on-site. Further details regarding this second step will be sent only to those who have successfully completed the first payment

    PLEASE NOTE:

      • Early registration deadline: July 20th, 2026.

      • Each registration covers the presentation and inclusion on the proceedings of up to two papers. For more than two papers, an additional fee of 100 €/paper is applied to the 1st payment.

  • Fees must be paid in Euros (€) via credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer to Pragma Congressi srl.

    If you choose bank transfer, please complete the registration form first. Bank transfer details and instructions will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

    Payment by Invoice: If your company or university is covering the fee and requires an invoice before payment, please select 'Payment by Invoice' as your payment method. Invoices must be settled by your institution via bank transfer within 30 days (Net 30) and, in any case, no later than 20 days before the conference begins.
