- Pre-Order Processing
Pre-order items normally take approximately 3 weeks to arrive, if there are no shipping delays from the store or courier. In case of delay, we will inform the customer accordingly.
- Ready Stock Items
Ready stock items will be processed and shipped within 2–4 hours after payment confirmation.
Please wait for the tracking link update once the item has been dispatched.
- As our location is in Central Jakarta, courier pickup or delivery may take longer during rush hours or heavy rain.
- No Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, color, style, or item selection.
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring all item details are correct before payment is processed.
- Item Condition
All items are sold in the exact condition as received from the official store or website. Minor imperfections related to original packaging or handling by the store are beyond our control.
- Unboxing Proof Requirement
If there is any issue with your order (missing item, defect, or incorrect item), you must provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video taken from an unopened package within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims & Resolution
This proof is required for us to request an exchange, return, or solution from the store or supplier.
Failure to provide valid proof within the stated time frame means we will not be able to assist with any claims.
- Return / Exchange Shipping Fees
Any return or exchange shipping costs (both local and international, if applicable) are fully borne by the customer.
