RIDDLE FAMILY DOG RANCH

NOTICE: THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. BY SIGNING, YOU ARE GIVING UP PERMANENT LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM NEGLIGENCE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

I understand that Riddle Family Dog Ranch is a rural property with inherent hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks related to:

• Property Conditions: Uneven terrain, gravel driveways, sinkholes, falling debris, and limited visibility. I acknowledge the driveway/property is not maintained to public road standards.
• Vehicle Damage: I assume all risk for damage to my vehicle (tires, paint, undercarriage) while on the premises.
• Animal Behavior: Dogs are unpredictable. I assume the risk of bites, scratches, or fights, regardless of a dog's history.
• Wildlife & Environment: I acknowledge the presence of local wildlife (coyotes, snakes, etc.) and natural hazards inherent to 45+ acres of rural land.

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Riddle Family Dog Ranch, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims for ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE, personal injury, death, or property damage.

• Vaccinations: I warrant my dog is current on all required vaccinations.
• Communicable Disease: I acknowledge the risk of contagious illnesses and assume all related veterinary costs.
• Emergency Care: I authorize the Ranch to seek emergency veterinary care at my sole expense if I cannot be reached.

NOTICE PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A. § 44-14-490:

• If my dog is not picked up within 10 days of the scheduled date without communication, the dog will be deemed ABANDONED.
• The Ranch is authorized to transfer an abandoned dog to a rescue or shelter. I remain liable for all boarding fees and legal costs.

• Finality: All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback constitutes breach of contract and may result in a $250 administrative fee plus all legal and collection costs.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any third-party claims, including attorney fees and legal costs.

I grant permission to use photos/videos of my dog(s) for marketing and advertising purposes without compensation.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force and effect.

I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY, FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT I AM WAIVING SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, AND SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY.
