Photo & Video Media Release
The White Salmon Valley Education Foundation (WSVEF) occasionally photographs and records videos to share the impact of our programs with the community and our supporters.
By signing below, I grant the White Salmon Valley Education Foundation permission to photograph, video record, and/or audio record me (or my child, if signing as a parent or guardian) during Foundation activities.
I understand that these images and recordings may be used by WSVEF for educational, promotional, fundraising, and communication purposes, including but not limited to:
· Website
· Social media
· Newsletters
· Annual reports
· Grant applications
· Printed promotional materials
· Presentations and other Foundation communications
I understand that:
• Participation is voluntary.
• I (or my child) will not receive compensation for the use of these images or recordings.
• WSVEF may edit photographs and video recordings as needed for publication.
• This permission is ongoing unless I revoke it in writing for future uses. Revocation will not apply to materials already published or distributed.
