HHS' PROJECT GRADUATION EVENT will take place on Graduation night

Thursday June 25th from 9pm until 2am at IRON PEAK Sports and Events, 137 Mountain View Rd, Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844.

Parent and Student Signatures are BOTH required to complete registration even if the student is over 18. Please do this registration together!

Late registration fee is $10.00

Walk-ins pay $20 & are stuck outside doing paperwork while everyone who pre-registered is having fun!

Event Rules and Requirements

To be read and understood by the Project Graduation Event Participant and Parent/Guardian
1. Transportation to-and-from Iron Peak is the responsibility of each participating family. The one and only goal of Project Graduation is to ensure the SAFETY of our senior class on graduation night and so we STRONGLY RECOMMEND parental drop off and pickup. Students will not be able to leave the event before 2am. If extenuating circumstances arise, a parent/guardian can call the Iron Peak main number to request early release of the student.

2. If you arrive at Project Graduation and appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a parent or guardian will be called to come get you.

3. DO NOT bring bags, or valuables to the facility. Everything is provided at no cost, you do not need money. All bags will be searched and bags larger than a standard wallet size will be held at the front of the venue until the event is over. Additional bag checks may be done throughout the night at the discretion of the Project Graduation Chaperones. Medically required bags should be discussed with staff at check in to find the best/safest solution for bag handling.

4. If you are found smoking, vaping, consuming or possessing drugs or alcohol anywhere on-property at Iron Peak, you will be referred to the on-site police officer immediately.

PERMISSION and WAIVER/RELEASE OF LIABILITY, CONSENT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT and BULL RIDING WAIVER
I agree that in consideration of allowing the student to participate, the Participating Senior named above will abide by the rules of Project Graduation as stated above.

In addition, recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with this activity, I hereby release, discharge, hold harmless, and otherwise indemnify the Project Graduation Committee, its officials, employees, agents, and associated volunteer personnel, against any claim on behalf of the student as a result of the student’s participation in Project Graduation. I represent that the student has no physical or mental limitations which would preclude him/her from participating in this activity. I understand that any photos or videos taken by the Project Graduation Committee or their authorized agent will become the property of the same for promotion of future events only.

I hereby give consent for emergency medical care if required, as a result of injury or illness that may occur during this activity. This care may be given under whatever conditions are necessary to preserve the life, limb, or well-being of the student. It is my affirmative obligation to bring any limitations the student may have to the attention of the Hillsborough High School Project Graduation Co-Chairpersons.

In consideration of the services of The New Fun Services it's employees and agents (collectively stated as The New Fun Services) I agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify The New Fun Services on behalf of myself and my family members, partners, heirs and assigns as follows:

1. I acknowledge that riding the Mechanical Bull, Shark, or Reindeer entails risks that could result in a physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death or injury or damage to me, to property or to a third person. I understand that the risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. The risks could result in musculoskeletal injuries including but not limited to head, neck and back injuries.

2. I accept and assume all the risks of participation in this activity. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks.

3. I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless The New Fun Services from all claims that are in any way connected with my participation in this activity or my use of The new Fun Services equipment including claims that the New Fun Services was negligent. However, I do not release any claims relating to intentional or reckless acts by The New Fun Services.

4. I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating or I agree to bear the costs of any injury or damage.

I agree that if I bring suit against The New Fun Services I will do so solely in New Jersey and the substantive laws of New Jersey will apply in that lawsuit without regard to the conflict of law rules. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable the remaining portions shall remain in full force.

By signing this document I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity I may be found by a court of law to have waived my rights to maintain lawsuit against the New Fun Services based on any claim from which I have released them. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this agreement. I have read and understood it and agree to be bound by it's terms.
IF PARTICIPANT IS UNDER 18

In consideration of the previously named minor being permitted by The New Fun Services to participate in its activity and to use its equipment. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless The New Fun Services from all claims which are brought by or on behalf of minor and which are in any way connected with minor's use or participation. I have full authority to sign the agreement on behalf of minor.
PROJECT GRADUATION EVENT and OPTIONAL BULL RIDING ATTESTATION & CONSENT

To by signed by the participating student and parent/guardian.
PARENT/GUARDIAN Signature: I knowingly and freely assume all such risks and assume all such responsibility for the aforementioned student’s participation in Project Graduation including the optional mechanical bull riding to the fullest extent permitted by law. I fully understand the terms and conditions of this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
