Once Upon a Time: In the Renaissance

The Ormond Memorial Art Museum is hosting a fundraiser with a Renaissance theme, and we invite you to contribute to an unforgettable experience that will showcase the art, fashion, literature, and music of the era through a series of signature events (see event details below). We are seeking performers, theatrical artists, experiential artists, puppeteers, and poster art. Funds raised will support the mission of the museum to inspire our community through art and nature while honoring those who fought for freedom. The fundraiser dates are October 10-November 15, 2026 and events will unfold during this time. The events will be curated, not all submissions will be a part of the event. Deadline for Poster Art Submissions: July 10th, 2026. Deadline for All Other Submissions: August 16th, 2026. About the events: Themed Art Exhibition (October 10-November 15); Opening Night: The Beggar's Banquet - "Rock and Roll" Renaissance banquet with costumed characters an indulgent fare(October 10); Renaissance Garden Party - family friendly garden event with music and entertainment (October 25); Triviali-Tea - high tea and trivia (November 1); Grand Finale: Masquerade Ball (November 14); Thou Art Matinee Performance (November 15); Poster Art to be used for marketing across all events
