    To ensure your listing is approved and to avoid MLS fines, all photos must follow these strict rules:

    • NO PEOPLE OR PETS: Photos must not contain people, children, or pets (even in the background).
    • NO BRANDING OR CONTACT INFO: Photos cannot contain yard signs, phone numbers, website links, or company logos.
    • OWNERSHIP RIGHTS: You certify that you own the copyright to these photos (you took them yourself) or you have a written license from the photographer to use them on the MLS. Using photos from a previous listing or Google Maps is strictly prohibited.
    • ACCURACY: Photos must represent a true and accurate picture of the property. You may not digitally remove negative elements (like power lines or holes in walls).
