SESSION Fee $275 ONLY ONE PERSON PER SESSION

You will receive 5 high resolution digital downloads from this session in a private gallery. Please make a non-refundable retainer of $125 to hold your spot. Retainer can be made to Venmo @rachel-vanchau or by contacting Rachel directly at 713-412-8576. If weather cancels this session your retainer will be applied to the next available session date at this location.

Please fill free to bring any props you would like for your session this will be a INDIVIDUAL ONLY. You will have an opportunity for only one outfit. I have outfit samples below. These are just samples of ideas, please consult with me for final outfits.

Remaining balance of $150 to be paid on Sunday June 14th, 2026. Please note this session will be taken at the white fence area of the property, please do not roam the property before or after this session. Please leave all cell phones and photographic devices in your vehicle or at home. NO OUTSIDE CAMERAS. Violators will be asked to leave and will NOT receive a refund.

PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Reflections by Rachel Van Chau, the photographer, to photograph myself, animal and/or my underage children. I hereby grant Reflections by Rachel Van Chau and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, animal, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, animal, family, and/or children will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Reflections by Rachel Van Chau and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

By signing below you certify that You are at least 18 years of age. You have read this portrait agreement/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. You agree that you have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such.

I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violaters of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session watermarked digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to harddrive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner.
