    Volunteer to work in public native gardens every Thursday from 9- 11 am.

  • Volunteer to help maintain public gardens and rain gardens filled with native plants!

    Volunteer job descriptions:

    • Remove invasive species
    • Add mulch
    • Identify native plants 

     

    Locations will rotate through:

    • Monument Park Garden Project (1 Monument Drive)
    • 400 Witherspoon Street Rain Garden (Municipal Building at 400 Witherspoon)
    • Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad Rain Garden
    • Guyot Path Pollinator Garden (Guyot and Carnahan)

     

    Important info:

    • This is an OUTDOOR gardening event
      • Please wear sunscreen/, comfortable clothing, and boots / tick repellent
    • Check your email for weather cancellations prior to arriving
    • Bring a reusable water bottle
    • You may bring your own gardening tools or borrow ours

     This volunteer opportunity is best for participants ages 14 and up.
