Product quality, reputation, service, duplication of product, and environmental impact are some of the methods used to determine vendor acceptance.Applications are reviewed by SaskJazz staff as they are received. Vendors will be contacted with notice of acceptance and payment information throughout the application period. No applications will be accepted after the payment.The Saskatchewan Jazz Festival reserves the right to close applications once the food truck village has filled. We recommend submitting early.You will receive a copy of your application by email once it has been submitted

The vendor schedule is subject to change in advance of the Festival. All approved vendors will be contacted if opening times are adjusted.

Please note:
- All vehicle access to the festival grounds to be arranged with festival staff/coordinators

- South Gate will be locked by 11:30pm each night

SPACE REQUIREMENTS
8' x 8' space under the 90' x 30' Market Tent, which includes 1 table, 2 chairs and shared garbage.

MARKET VENDOR FEE
ALL FEES INCLUDE:
-security all day/night, police in evenings + medic each evening
-garbage's emptied daily (must keep your own area clean)
-promotion of your food truck
-maximum 3 staff on-site (who get to enjoy free live music while they work)
-Wi-Fi

Terms and Conditions of Application

PAYMENT OF FEES

Once an application has been approved, the vendor will receive an invoice. The non-refundable payment is required in full by May 15, 2026.Payment plan is acceptedz

Saskatchewan Health Authority: It is the Vendor's responsibility to ensure ALL of their permits are up-to-date. I will ensure my permits are up-to-date*

WAIVER:I hereby apply for vendor space for sale purposes in the 2026 Saskatchewan Jazz Festival. I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set forth. I assume all risks associated with this event and hold harmless the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival, its employees, agents, security, partners, and volunteers. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all sponsors, their representatives, and successors, and any individual or group associated with this event from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, videos, recordings, verbal or written agreements, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose including publicity.*

CONFIDENTIALITY:The Vendor acknowledges that, as a result of entering into this Application, such Party, its employees, representatives and agents may have access to or receive disclosure of certain confidential or proprietary information about the business and management of the other Party or any of the other Party’s subsidiaries or affiliates and customers. Both Parties, their employees, representatives and agents agree that they will ensure the confidentiality of the disclosing Party’s Information and agree not to use the Information for any other purpose or divulge the Information to any other Party without the express written consent of the disclosing Party except as contemplated by this Agreement or as may be required by law (in which case, the Party subject to such legal requirement must first give the other Party prompt notice (except where the governmental or regulatory authority has expressly ordered that no notice be given) and must make reasonable efforts to obtain a protective order). The Parties agree that upon termination of this Agreement or upon either Party’s request, the receiving Party, its employees, representatives and agents, except as required for any continuing obligations under this Agreement, shall return the Information to the disclosing Party.I will endeavour to abide by the terms and conditions under the confidentiality clause.*

All food truck areas and vendor booths must be kept tidy, clean and must dispose of your own garbage daily. Any clean up required by the event staff will lead to a $50 charge invoiced to the vendor.*
