Which statement regarding budget most resonates with you?
The budget I/we selected on the previous slide reflects the total amount we can use for the entire renovation/furnishing project.
We have contingency budget available if we determine with a designer or contractor that it's needed.
While this budget feels big for this project, I am very specific about the types of materials and products I would like in my home.
Our budget may feel small, but we're okay working on one room/project at a time. We'd rather get quality transformations if it takes longer for us to save and get there. One thing at a time works for us!
I/we've been saving up for this project for a long time and we know it might be cutting it close, but we're hoping for some affordable magic/ideas.

Comfortable and flexible. One of us is almost always at home during business hours.
Comfortable but not always home. Would prefer if the designer can supervise when we are not at the house.
I'm usually home, but the noise and mess drives me a bit crazy.

DIY: I love to shop/source/thrift for these items myself, but would love the design team to give me a creative concept to work from and work as a checklist.
