    •    Fasting: If your doctor ordered "Fasting" labs, do not eat or drink anything (except water) for 8–12 hours before your appointment.
    •    Hydration: Please drink plenty of water! Being well-hydrated makes your veins easier to access and the draw much faster.
    •    ID & Orders: Have your Photo ID and your Laboratory Order/Requisition form ready (if you haven't already uploaded it).
    •    Environment: Please have a clean, well-lit table or workspace available for the phlebotomist.
