• Reverse Career Fair Sign-Up Fall '26

    Welcome! We're so excited that you are interested in the Fall 2026 Reverse Career (RCF) hosted by the EXPO Committee of Engineering Council at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. As a unique complement to traditional recruiting, the RCF flips the dynamic between students and recruiters. Rather than students coming up to you, you will visit booths hosted by student leaders representing UIUC’s premier engineering Registered Student Organizations (RSOs). This unique format enables your company to establish direct organizational partnerships with RSOs, connect with high-caliber talent on campus, and plan future events like corporate information sessions and technical workshops. Best of all, the RCF takes place the afternoon before the first day of the Grainger Engineering Career Fair, so it’s a fantastic way to kick off your week of recruiting on campus! Please note that attendance to the Career Fair in not required to participate in the RCF, and you do not have to attend for the entire duration of the event. If you choose to sign up, you will receive additional details and a final list of attending RSOs as we approach the event.
