What's Included
- 16 weeks of structured strength and run programming. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks so you train at the right level for you. Everyone follows the same general plan structure so we can tackle this as a team.
- Monthly 1:1 coaching calls with me. I check in on your training, your mindset, and where you are in life.
- 3 group calls with the full team. One at the start so everyone meets, one at the midpoint, one before the trip.
- Gear recommendations, nutrition guidance, accountability during training and the Grand Canyon Experience.
- The full R2R2R experience. This is the cherry on top. 3 days together at the Grand Canyon. Thursday arrival, Friday we prep, Saturday we run R3, Sunday we recover and reflect. All accommodations, group transportation in Arizona, and meals for the trip covered. We'll also have a professional photographer with us to capture content of the trip.
