Rules for Vendors:

The vendor is responsible for individual setup including tents, tables & chairs. The setup time is 8:30AM-10:30AM on the day of the festival. Signs may be hung within your space. Breakdown immediately after the event. All vendors will be assigned a space on the day of the festival. No food or beverages can be sold at your craft table.

Pay in Advance: (see above for discounts) Pay by check, money order or Paypal on our website.

Size: All spaces are 10x10. If more space is required, you must apply for additional spaces.

Agreement

I agree to comply with the rules and regulations of the festival. Submission of this application is a commitment to show, if accepted. My representative(s) and I expressly release and hold harmless the Marcus Hook Preservation Society, the borough of Marcus Hook, its members, officers, employees and volunteers from any and all liability for injury, property damage or loss which may arise in connection with my participation in the 18th Annual Pirate Festival. Your canceled check or PayPal receipt is your acceptance to the festival. Your payment will be considered a donation if you are a “no show”. All sales final – no refunds, no credit.
