• Acknowledgement of cancellation and other policies

    Please review each statement below and provide your initials or signature where indicated to acknowledge your understanding of our cancellation and related policies.
  • AT THIS TIME, THERE ARE NO RECORDINGS OF THIS TRAINING. It must be attended live.
  • Registration for this training is considered a commitment to attend, and policies are in place to support the integrity of the course and planning process.
  • Participants may request a full refund up to 7 days prior to the scheduled training date. Refund request must be submitted in writing.
  • No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the training.
  • Absolutely no refunds will be given once the course material has gone out. At the 7 day or less mark, no refunds will be given.
  • Transfers/Substitutions:

    Registration may be transferred to another future training up to the point when course materials are released.
    Once course materials have been distributed no substitutions or transfers or refunds are permitted.

  • Course Materials and Access:

    Access to course materials is provided in advance to support participant preparation. Because these materials are part of the paid training experience, distribution of materials constitutes participation and finalizes registration.

  • Continuing Education (CE) Credit:

    This training offers 3 CEs. Full attendance and participation for the entire training are required in order to receive CE credit. Partial credit will not be awarded.

  • Cancellation by Provider:

    In the unlikely event that the training must be canceled or rescheduled, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future training or receive a full refund.
