    All of our sourdough is naturally leavened, made in small batches with clean ingredients, and baked to order. Please make sure to fill in the required fields and submit this form to complete your order. I bake throughout the week, so the first to order get the first loaves baked.               Bread is prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to regulatory inspection. All preparation areas are disinfected with scent free soap and water and then thoroughly cleaned with a natural vinegar solution. Food grade gloves are worn when handling any ingredients and bread. Reverse osmosis water, unbleached flour, and unbleached parchment paper are used in preparation.
