  • This YTT Contract sets forth the terms and conditions under which I will attend and participate in the Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga YTT presented by Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga, RYS 200 RYS 300, as well as the terms and conditions governing my use of the Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga methods, techniques, systems, procedures, and proprietary written and recorded materials.

    I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I AM ENTERING INTO A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

    A. I understand and agree that:

    1. The deposit paid for the Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga YTT is non-refundable; however, it will be applied toward my tuition balance.
    2. There are NO refunds for deposits or tuition payments. If I do not complete the program for any reason, any outstanding tuition balance remains due and payable.

    B. I understand and agree that, in order to become a certified Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga Teacher:

    1. I must attend, fully participate in, and successfully complete the Yoga Teacher Training presented by Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga, RYS 200 RYS 300.
    2. Whether I have successfully completed the Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga YTT shall be determined solely by Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga, RYS 200 RYS, based on my demonstrated ability, knowledge, and competency to safely and effectively teach accessible yoga classes.

    C. This Agreement shall terminate automatically, and all rights granted to me under this Agreement shall immediately cease upon the occurrence of any of the following:

    (a) my failure to successfully complete the Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga YTT;

    (b) my failure to comply with any terms or conditions of this Agreement;

    (c) my failure to adhere to the professional, ethical, or educational standards established by Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga for certified teachers.

    Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, I agree to immediately return all Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga materials and content in my possession or control to Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga, RYS 200 RYS 300.

    D. Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga, shall not be held liable, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including but not limited to negligence), product liability, or otherwise, for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or personal injuries, damages, losses, or risks arising from or related to participation in the training, classes, activities, or use of materials provided through the program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or injuries.

    E. Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga reserves the right to revoke a student’s certification and terminate access to educational materials and platforms, including online communities and social media groups, if the student engages in behavior deemed inappropriate by the school.

    Such behavior may include, but is not limited to:

    * cheating on exams,
    * disrespectful or abusive behavior toward teachers or students,
    * harassment,
    * disruptive conduct,
    * or any actions contrary to the values, ethics, and principles upheld by the school.

    All decisions regarding certification status and access privileges shall be made solely at the discretion of Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga in order to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.

    F. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga and me with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

    Failure by Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga, RYS 200 to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

    این قرارداد، شرایط و ضوابط شرکت و حضور من در دوره مربیگری یوگا در مدرسه یوگای هوم را مشخص می‌کند. همچنین این قرارداد شامل شرایط و ضوابط مربوط به استفاده از متدها، تکنیک‌ها، سیستم‌ها، فرآیندها و محتوای اختصاصی نوشتاری و ضبط ‌شده متعلق به مدرسه یوگای هوم می‌باشد

    اینجانب آگاه هستم که با امضای این توافق‌نامه، وارد یک قرارداد قانونی می‌شوم و متعهد به رعایت تمامی بندها وشرایط ذکرشده در این قرارداد خواهم بود

    الف

    اینجانب متوجه بوده و موافقم که

     مبلغ پرداختی جهت رزرو دوره، غیرقابل استرداد است، اما به‌عنوان بخشی از شهریه دوره محسوب خواهد شد

     هیچ‌گونه بازپرداختی برای مبلغ رزرو یا شهریه دوره انجام نخواهد شد. در صورت عدم تکمیل دوره به هر دلیل، باقی‌مانده شهریه همچنان قابل پرداخت بوده و توسط مدرسه دریافت خواهد شد

    ب

    اینجانب متوجه بوده و موافقم که برای دریافت گواهینامه مربیگری یوگا

     باید به‌صورت کامل در دوره مربیگری یوگا شرکت کرده و آن را با موفقیت به پایان برسانم

     تشخیص موفقیت‌آمیز بودن تکمیل دوره، صرفا بر عهده مدرسه یوگای هوم بوده و بر اساس میزان دانش، مهارت، توانایی و آمادگی من برای تدریس ایمن و صحیح کلاس‌های یوگا تعیین خواهد شد

    ج

    این توافق‌نامه و تمامی حقوق اعطاشده به موجب آن، در موارد زیر به‌صورت خودکار لغو خواهد شد

    عدم تکمیل موفقیت‌آمیز دوره؛

     عدم رعایت هر یک از شرایط و ضوابط این قرارداد؛

    عدم رعایت استانداردها، اصول اخلاقی یا قوانین آموزشی تعیین‌شده توسط مدرسه 

    پس از لغو این قرارداد به هر دلیل، متعهد می‌شوم تمامی محتوا، مدارک و منابع آموزشی متعلق به مدرسه یوگای هوم که در اختیار یا کنترل من قرار دارد را فورا به مدرسه بازگردانم

    د

    مدرسه یوگای هوم در قبال هیچ‌گونه خسارت، آسیب، صدمه، ضرر یا ریسک مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم ناشی از شرکت در دوره‌ها، کلاس‌ها، فعالیت‌ها یا استفاده از محتوای آموزشی مسئولیتی نخواهد داشت؛ اعم از مسئولیت قراردادی، قصور، سهل‌انگاری یا هر مورد حقوقی دیگر، حتی در صورتی که احتمال وقوع چنین خساراتی اطلاع داده شده باشد

    ه

    مدرسه یوگای هوم این حق را برای خود محفوظ می‌دارد که در صورت تشخیص رفتار نامناسب از سوی دانشجو، گواهینامه او را لغو کرده و دسترسی وی به محتوای آموزشی، پلتفرم‌ها، گروه‌ها و شبکه‌های اجتماعی مرتبط با دوره را قطع نماید

    رفتار نامناسب شامل، اما نه محدود به موارد زیر است

    تقلب در آزمون‌ها
    رفتار یا گفتار بی‌احترمانه نسبت به اساتید یا سایر دانشجویان
    ایجاد مزاحمت یا اختلال
    آزار کلامی یا رفتاری
    یا هرگونه رفتاری که برخلاف ارزش‌ها، اصول و قوانین مدرسه باشد

    تصمیم‌گیری نهایی در این خصوص، صرفا در اختیار مدرسه یوگای هوم بوده و با هدف حفظ محیطی امن، محترمانه و سالم برای تمامی دانشجویان انجام خواهد شد

    و

    این توافق‌نامه، کامل‌ترین و نهایی‌ترین توافق میان اینجانب و مدرسه یوگای هوم در خصوص موضوع قرارداد بوده و جایگزین تمامی توافق‌ها، مذاکرات، اظهارات یا تفاهم‌های قبلی، اعم از کتبی یا شفاهی، خواهد شد

    عدم اجرای هر یک از بندهای این قرارداد توسط مدرسه یوگای هوم به منزله صرف‌نظر کردن از آن بند یا سایر بندهای قرارداد نخواهد بود

  • I* am a willing participant in the Om Mani Padme Hum School of Yoga YTT. I commit to doing my best to participate according to the course structure. I have read and understood every question and instruction on this form, as well as my answers to all questions.

    تمایل به شرکت در دوره مربیگری یوگا همراه مدرسه هوم را دارم. متعهد می‌شوم که مطابق ساختار دوره، نهایت تلاش خود را برای مشارکت انجام دهم. همچنین تمام سوالات و دستورالعمل‌های این فرم را به‌طور کامل مطالعه و درک کرده‌ام و پاسخ‌های خود را نیز تأیید می‌کنم.
